  • Subscription tier and usage counts

3. File Processing & Retention

Files you upload (documents, templates, images) are processed on our servers solely to deliver the requested service. We retain processed files for a reasonable period to allow you to download results. You may delete your files at any time through the platform. When you delete your account, all associated files are permanently removed.

  • Paddle: Payment processing for subscriptions. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles all payment data. We do not store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy governs payment data processing.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery (account verification, notifications). Your email address is shared with Resend solely for email delivery purposes.
